Modular Fabrication

An architectural signage system provides a series of changeable signs to direct, identify, regulate and inform occupants in a facility. Modular signs are both sustainable and easy to maintain. When change inevitably happens, you can update by simply replacing the message, not the entire sign. This adaptability helps preserve your investment for years to come.

For signs requiring frequent changes, we offer window inserts with paper you can change instantly by printing in-house. For facilities with sign shops, we can provide blank inserts for easy updates.

What Functions Do Signs Play?

Signs perform four basic functions: identify, regulate, inform and direct. All of the signs must work together to guide people through a building.

Identification signs indicate key locations, room numbers, people's names, titles and departments.

Regulatory signs assure safety and compliance with local building codes. They restrict people from entering potentially dangerous or hazardous rooms such as electrical closets and laboratories. They enhance safety by marking elevators, stairwells and evacuation routes.

Information signs display messages such as meeting locations and dates of upcoming events. They welcome visitors, announce business hours and more.

Directional signs guide people, for example through a directory of department names and room numbers, or an overhead sign marked with the name of a department and a directional arrow.
