After decades of pretty much the same surface technology for our desks and tables, new things are happening fast. We’ve already talked about microbial surfaces that inhibit germs. Now, we’re about to see desk and conference table surfaces that recharge your laptop, mobile phone, and other devices. If you’re using one of our new conference tables from National (arriving this fall,) you won’t need to plug your laptop into a power source, so with Wi-Fi, there won’t be a need to plug in at all.
