Engineers don't grow on trees, so in order to attract the kind of top talent available, Northrop Grumman wanted to build a facility that people would love to work in. This meant more than just the "wow" factor. Office design had to encourage creativity, while still allowing for privacy, and this office needed a high tech conference center unlike almost any other ever built. By listening to their needs, we were able to accomplish every goal.
