Responsibilities:
- Present and provide furniture solutions and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries wtih the appropriate solution
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Deliverables:
- Consistantly exceed customer expectations by adding real value
- Delivering appropriate soltuions with a sense of purpose and urgency
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Provide a consultative approach to selling by understanding the client's critical business needs
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Lead Installer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Workspace Solutions is seeking a Lead Installer t to join our team.
Job Characteristics:

Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Work well in team atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Lead one installation and/or delivery crew daily. Most days with one or two other people. Lead by doing the work and assigning responsibilities.
- Take responsibility for learning installation methods for different product lines.
- Help to determine daily schedule, order for jobs to be completed.
- Turn in completed paperwork daily, turning it into appropriate CSR.
- Direct putting away of left over materials at end of day.
- Assist with truck getting cleaned out at end of day.
- Responsibility over tools. Keeping up-to-date. Keeping organized and retained.
- Help keep maintenance on trucks updated.
- Work with others to continually improve overall company performance.
